WHOLESALE POLICIES AND ANSWERS TO FREQUENT QUESTIONS (revised 2/12/2011)
PRIVATE LABEL
We do not offer private label services. Our products are packaged and labeled to be sold as they arrive. 

ORDERING
New and returning customers, please send completed order form via fax at 888-760-3973. When the voicemail picks up, press start on your fax machine. System will automatically detect signal. Returning customers may order via email, as well. Within 48 hours of receiving your order (usually right away) we will email you with receipt of order notification. If you do not receive this notification, we may not have received your order. Please contact us. ATTENTION NEW CUSTOMERS: ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, SIGNED WHOLESALE POLICY AGREEMENT (THIS FORM), AND TAX ID.

MINIMUM ORDERS
There is no minimum dollar amount for orders, but we do have low minimum requirements for each product. All first time customers are asked to purchase one of our starter sets. This ensures adequate representation of  our products.

PAYMENT
Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due at time of order via check or credit card (Visa/Mastercard). You may include credit card info on this order form or we can obtain it by phone. If you wish to place an order using a credit card other than Visa or Mastercard, we can send a Paypal invoice to you via email and payment can be received this way. Payment will be verified before shipping. NET 30 terms may be established with longstanding customers, on an individual basis.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Refunds will be issued for goods that are returned within 10 business days. Products must be unused, unopened, and arrive in the manner that they were received. Please contact us before you
send a return to us. Shipping is customer’s responsibility.

TURN AROUND TIME
Please keep in mind that we often make products fresh upon order. Shipments should typically arrive within 10 business days from time that the order has been received. If there is some reason that shipments may be delayed beyond this time, you will be contacted.

PRODUCT SAMPLES
We offer free samples of our Bath & Body Oils, and Shea & Jojoba Dead Sea Salt Body Polish, and Soap Bars.
Other products are not available in sample sizes.

PRODUCT DISPLAYS AND TESTERS
Currently, free corrugated displays are customized for each order. If a display is not needed please let us know in the comments section of this order form or via email.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For local customers (in the Nashville and Franklin, TN areas, we are usually able to hand deliver our products directly to you at no charge. For customers outside of this area orders over $100 are free.

AS A COURTESY, ALL RETAILERS ARE LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE AND WILL BE PROMOTED, ON OCCASION, VIA OUR FACEBOOK PAGE AND WEBSITE.
We welcome appropriate retailers to buy our products for resale. Appropriate businesses are spas, health food stores, gift shops, boutiques, gift basket companies, etc. Below are our policies.
