We do not offer private label services. Our products are packaged and labeled to be sold as they arrive.
WAYS TO ORDER
Orders are taken via this website, email, and mail order catalog. At this time we do not accept phone or fax orders, but hope to in the future.
ORDERING ONLINE
Before we give you access to the wholesale shopping page you will need to fill out and submit the online wholesale application form. Once we have reviewed your information we will send you an email with our decision and if approved a password for entry to the wholesale shopping area. Our shopping cart is powered by paypal. ORDERING BY MAIL
If would like to receive a mail order catalog, email us with your address and we will get one out to you. Orders will only be accepted from appropriate retailers with a tax id #.You may fill out the online application form to get preapproval, even if you are ordering via mail. Once you are ready to order, fill out form and include payment. Once we have received your order, we will verify information and payment and get started on it.
BY EMAIL
If you wish, you may send your order via email and we will send you an electronic invoice from paypal that can be paid with credit card, electronic check, or with your paypal account. You do not have to be a Paypal member to use these services.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Because our products are natural and handmade without synthetic preservatives, we usually make them to order. Therefore, we ask for 3 weeks from the time we receive your order, to get it to you. In the event that it will be longer than 3 weeks, you will be contacted. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products and the fact that we make them to order, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our primary concern, so please contact us if your products arrive damaged or unsatisfactory and we will take care of the matter promptly.
SAMPLES AND TESTERS
We are happy to send you sample packets of our soap bars, bath & body oils, and scrubs. Just email us with your request. If you want testers to display with your products for sale, they are available at wholesale price with the purchase of that product.
DISPLAYS AND POPS
At this time we do not offer any displays or point of purchase materials. We recommend baskets for soaps and lip balms. Most of the other products work nicely on shelves. We hope to add some display options soon to our wholesale line.
